Mobile units for Cold mixes and Cold Patching Asphalt (CPA) production for bicycle paths, small projects (gardens, homes), potholes and trench filling.

The size of the unit has been adapted for a single operator to quickly and safely produce cold mixes that can be immediately used or packaged. Moreover, these units can be easily moved from one site to another.

Production: up to 2 T/h (20 batches) and 15 T/day

Batches: from 50 to 100 kg

Emulsion line: a dosing pump with an electrically-heated piping (to be connected to an external tank)

Hopper for aggregate: volume up to 2.2 m³

Mixer: 100 kg capcity (on load cells) and equipped with an emulsion injection line

Piloting: Manual or Semi-automatic modes through a programmable automate

Option: Conditioning module for 25 kg bags or buckets

Potholes have to be filled with a CPA as soon as they appear to protect the road from further water-induced damage and to recover user safety. Together with its packaging unit, this plant is ideal to produce your own storable cold mixes and to supply them easily.

This small mixing plant combines with our light colored binder preparation and emulsification unit to produce colored mixes with a fully transportable system.
