Crushers for aggregate samples

For the preparation and distribution of aggregates test samples, crushers and vibratory crushers are robust and powerful pieces of equipment.

The charged material arrives in the grinding space by passing through the hopper equipped with an anti-splash device. The grinding takes place in the wedge-shaped well between the fixed grinding arm and the mobile by an eccentric shaft. The product is crushed and driven down due to elliptical movement.

As soon as the product is fine enough to pass through the lowest of the crushing slots, it falls into a removable collection vessel. The gradual adjustment of the slot width guarantees an optimal setting corresponding to the characteristic of the material loaded and the desired final fineness.
